2024-25 Kindergarten Registration Forms (will be updated 2/2/24)

 
In order to be eligible for Kindergarten, the child’s 5th birthday must be on or before October 1st. **Please note: ACS students that are currently enrolled in Pre-K do not have to register for Kindergarten. However, you will need to update your child’s physical exam and immunizations.
