Dear Families,

We are excited to welcome you and your child to Anna C. Scott Elementary for the upcoming school year! Starting Kindergarten is a big milestone, and we want to ensure a smooth and joyful transition for both you and your child.

We invite you to attend our Kindergarten Orientation on April 30, 2026. Families will have the opportunity to choose one of two sessions that best fits their schedule: 9:30 AM or 1:45 PM.

This event will give you and your child the opportunity to:

• Meet the teachers and staff, while your child engages in activities in our classrooms
• Learn about daily routines and expectations
• Receive important information about our curriculum
• Ask any questions you may have

Please bring your child with you so they can begin to feel comfortable in their new learning environment. If your child already attends our PreK program, our staff will escort your child to the session you sign-up for.

Please utilize the sign-up feature in this communication to register for either the morning or afternoon session.
